How to book a stall
- Click the expo you wish to exhibit at from the list below.
- Select a stall from the floor plan.
- Click the stall number below the floor plan and follow the prompts.
Tables and chairs
We supply chairs. You bring your own table, tablecloth, pop-up banner etc..
For readers: A card table or small 1.2m foldable table is big enough, These fit into most small cars, and are available from places like Bunnings.
Taking payments at the expo
There is a growing demand from customers to pay by credit card.
To exhibit with us you must be able to take payments by card or bank transfer on your phone..
Square have a free downloadable phone app and also offer a ‘tap and go’ reader from places like OfficeWorks.
Your agreement with us
By booking a stall you are agreeing to our terms and conditions including our cancellation policy. To read our FAQ click here. The cancellation policy includes a $35 admin fee to cover our expenses should you cancel for any reason. If an expo is cancelled because of Covid all bookings will be refunded in full.
